Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days excluding holiday's and vacation time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are not received. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if you suspect theft or misdelivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
